WHO WE ARE
Semprini's family has been involved in running the hotel ever since it was built in 1970.
Simone is the "lady of the house", and she originally came from Amnéville les Thermes in the north-east of France.
She has added her international personal touch to the cuisine, respecting the traditional "romagna" influence.
Through her energies, French is the second language for all the family, who are also conversant in English and German.
The children have participated in the running of the hotel since they were young, and add a friendly and vibrant touch.
This has created a strong rapport with all clients, both Italian and other nationalities,
which in turn gives a personalised and welcoming family environment.
